In recent years we have rethought and transformed our approach to Assessment.
We have chosen to abandon the classic model that measures the distance of the person from a standard or ideal, to shift the focus to their uniqueness.
From this perspective, we explore with a participatory and transparent methodology the typical psycho-relational potential and functioning of the person.
Each assessment becomes not only an opportunity to capture the profile of current and developing skills, but also an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Candidates acquire self-analysis tools to continue in a perspective of continuous and autonomous growth and development.

Our assessment process
We act according to a principle of transparency and confidentiality:
the candidate receives all the material collected in the various phases,
the client receives the profile which does not contain the details of the tests and assessments.
