MASSIMO TROISI - Gaetano During our weekly webinar, dedicated to the clients of the LEVA project, we talked about: - Identifying my strengths, my “three” - Awareness - Reflections to invest, to “leverage” They basically belong to four categories: ● Personal skills ○ Commitment, creativity, flexibility and openness to change, reliability, ability to handle stress, self-esteem… ● Relational skills ○ Listening, clarity, assertiveness, teamwork, conflict resolution, empathy… ● Methodological skills ○ Organization, method, time management, accuracy, concentration, proactivity, dialogue… ● Professional skills To identify them, we can ask ourselves: What do I like, what interests me, what am I good at… WHAT IGNITES ME? And also: which results make me proud of myself? Which results give me ENERGY? If I look at the Personal Effectiveness Curve, when am I in the flow?

First of all: how can we define strengths?

A virtuous circle, without forgetting the opportunities and constraints of the context, starts from: Feeling capable is Activation of resources is Activation of potential is Sense of SELF-EFFICACY Self-efficacy can be defined as “a generative capacity whose purpose is to efficiently direct individual cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral abilities to accomplish specific tasks” (A. Bandura). - Experiences and reflection on them - Beliefs: assertiveness - Emotional and physiological states (interpretation of physical and emotional reactions) – Chiara Cosentino always talks to us about this! - Balance between doing (and being aware of it) and perceiving (having ‘new’ experiences) Good work!
