During the coaching sessions we work with our clients to identify, focus on, and develop their professional project. I offer some insights, developed according to the principles of the Curve, to start working on it independently.

What is the secret formula of successful lawyers? Some mysterious habit or routine? A specific course of study or career path? Specific personality traits, origins, or social background? None of this! They know themselves very well: they know when and why they operate at their full potential; they recognize favorable circumstances and contexts and choose them; they know when it is time to change or say no and are not afraid to do so. They learn very quickly: they have acquired and internalized principles of law, business, and social psychology that serve as interpretive keys and allow them to grasp, almost instinctively, the specificity and complexity of situations and contexts, even new ones, in which they operate. Note well, they are not perfect! Don't expect to find ideal or perfect models; like everyone, they have light and shadow; but precisely for this reason, they are people to look up to, real, imperfect but successful. Since October 2017 I have started telling their stories, outlining their profiles as I have been able to grasp them through what resembles more an assessment than an interview. From each I have learned something particular and unique, their way of interpreting, achieving, and living professional success. The result is the portraits presented in the MAG by LegalCommunity directed by Nicola Di Molfetta.
